Losing Everything (Including my Mind)

Why today was one of the strangest days of my life:

My infamous house keys!

1) I FOUND MY HOUSE KEYS. I lost my house keys about a week or two ago. I looked everywhere for them - in my purse, at work, in my car, all over the apartment - and they were nowhere to be found. This morning at work, I found them in my purse as I was looking for (#2). I had already made copies of these keys at Walmart, had worked my schedule around Kaila's so I could use hers, and here they pop up. I was upset, but also happy to have them. I can't believe I didn't find them earlier. I take that back. I can believe I didn't find them until now.

2) I LOST MY RING. Kaila, Kody and I went bowling at Merle Hay lanes last night with Nick and Tyler and I had to take off my purity ring because it hurt for me to hold my ball otherwise. I sat it on the table and apparently left it there when we left. I discovered at about 11am that I no longer had said ring.

3) KODY FOUND MY RING. Kody called the bowling alley and the night janitor had locked up the ring in Merle Hay's safe. He told Kody he knew someone would come looking for it. What a nice janitor. Kody gave me back my ring after work today. Less than 24 hours looking like I was single. Dangerous!

4) I LOST ALL SIGHT OF WHAT IS NORMAL. I had a 6-hour long Facebook chat with my ex. Talk about stressful! He, to say in the nicest way possible, is a drama queen. I now see why he is my ex. That is all I have to say about him.
    5) I LOST MANY OF MY DOUBTS. It has been almost 22 months with my wonderful guy. I realized throughout this day (talking to my what-may-be-classified-as-clinically-insane ex) that he is the one for me. He went out of his way to go pick up my ring that I absentmindedly left behind and he spent so long to pick out for me in the first place. He didn't freak out as I talked to my ex all day and then told him all about it. He didn't care that I did homework all night while he was over. He's definitely a keeper.
I lost many things today, but I now feel like I am #winning.
